WOVEN

Creative Approach

I approached these concepts from an art direction perspective, focusing on themes of travel, relaxation, and outdoor living. Rather than presenting the chair as a standalone product, my goal was to position it within aspirational lifestyle moments that reflect how consumers actually use it—whether on a beach, patio, poolside retreat, or weekend getaway.

To create these environments, I leveraged AI-assisted image generation using FLUX to develop photorealistic lifestyle scenes that align with the WOVN brand aesthetic. This approach enabled rapid concept exploration while maintaining the visual quality and polish expected from premium DTC and Amazon listings.

The AI-generated environments served as a foundation for compositing and refinement, allowing me to focus on creating cohesive, commercially viable imagery that feels authentic, elevated, and conversion-focused. Each concept was art directed to support the product story, reinforce the brand's lifestyle positioning, and showcase the chair in relatable real-world settings.

Execution Philosophy

My objective was not simply to create attractive backgrounds, but to build visual narratives that help consumers imagine themselves using the product. By combining provided product assets with AI-generated environments, strategic lighting, and thoughtful composition, I developed imagery that feels aspirational, realistic, and production-ready.

I view AI as a creative tool that accelerates ideation and production while still requiring strong art direction, design judgment, and post-production refinement to achieve professional commercial standards.
